Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I purchase an artwork?
A: It's simple! Find the piece you love in our Shop, click the 'BUY' tab, and fill out the short order form. We'll then email you an official invoice with payment details to finalize your purchase.

Q: What payment methods and currencies do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfers, secure payments via Portmone, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. You can pay in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes. You can cancel at no charge any time before payment. If you cancel after paying but before the item ships, you will be responsible for any processing costs we've already incurred.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How is the artwork packaged and shipped?
A: Every piece is carefully packaged for safety and shipped directly to your door. The cost of this secure packaging is already included in the artwork's price.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard worldwide shipping (via JSC "Ukrposhta") is included in the artwork's price. If you prefer an expedited service like DHL, UPS, or FedEx, the cost will be calculated based on your location and the package size.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We ship worldwide! However, due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship to North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Russia, Cuba, Myanmar, Libya, or Syria.

Q: Will I have to pay customs fees?
A: Yes, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your artwork is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 14 days from the date you receive your art to request a return if it does not match the website's description (e.g., a different size or shape). The piece must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Q: What if my artwork arrives with a defect?
A: If you receive an artwork with a significant defect, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover all costs related to the return and refund.

Q: Can all items be returned?
A: All items can be returned according to our policy, except for artworks made via a custom or individual order, which are non-returnable.

Privacy
 

Q: Is my personal information safe?
A: Yes. We are committed to your privacy. Your data (name, address, email) is used solely to process your order and arrange delivery. It is treated as confidential and is never shared, except where necessary to complete your purchase (e.g., with our shipping carrier).
