Welcome to ARTIDEA GALLERY. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional experience while acquiring unique works of art. By making a purchase from our gallery, you agree to the following policies which are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all our clients.

1. Ordering Process
  • Placing an Order: To purchase an artwork, please browse our online Gallery. Once you have selected an object, use the "Contact Us for Purchase" tab or email us directly at gallery.artidea@gmail.com. Please include a link to the artwork, your full name, contact information, and desired delivery address.

  • Order Confirmation: We will process your request and respond within 5 business days with an order confirmation and an official invoice.

  • Canceling an Order: You may cancel your order at any time before payment by notifying us. If you wish to cancel after payment but before the artwork has been shipped, you may do so, but you will be responsible for any costs the gallery has already incurred in processing your order.

 

2. Payment Policy
  • Payment Requirement: Full payment (100%) is required to finalize your order and reserve your artwork.

  • Accepted Currencies: We accept payments in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). Please inform us of your preferred currency when you place your order, and we will issue the invoice accordingly.

  • Payment Methods:

    • Bank transfer to the account details provided on your invoice.

    • Secure online payment via the Portmone service.

    • Google Pay / Apple Pay.

  • Bank Fees: Please note that any fees charged by your bank or payment system are the buyer's responsibility.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • Packaging: Every artwork is professionally and carefully packaged to ensure its safe arrival. The cost of standard packaging is included in the artwork's price.

  • Delivery Service: Our trusted delivery partners (including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Ukrposhta) provide convenient door-to-door service, bringing your artwork directly to your specified address.

  • Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping via Ukrposhta is included in the price. For expedited services like DHL, UPS, or FedEx, shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the parcel and included in your invoice.

  • Important Shipping Restrictions: Please be advised that ARTIDEA GALLERY cannot provide purchase services or ship to any individual or entity if their jurisdiction of residence or operation is in North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Russia, Cuba, Myanmar, Libya, or Syria.

  • Customs and Duties: The buyer is responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be incurred upon the package's entry into the destination country.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a notification and a tracking number.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges Policy
  • Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your artwork to request a return or exchange.

  • Eligibility for Return: A return may be initiated if the artwork you received does not correspond to the shape, size, or dimensions specified in its official description. Please note that slight variations in color due to screen differences do not qualify as a defect.

  • Conditions for Return:

    • The artwork must be in its original, unused condition, with no new scratches, chips, or signs of wear.

    • All original packaging, labels, and accompanying documents must be intact and included.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Artworks created via a custom or individual order are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us first. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. A refund will be issued to your bank account within 5 working days after we have received and successfully inspected the returned artwork.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an artwork with a significant defect, please contact us immediately. In such cases, the gallery will cover all costs associated with the return and refund.

 
5. Artwork Authenticity & Condition

ARTIDEA GALLERY guarantees that all artworks are authentic and that at the time of purchase, they are not pledged, sold, or subject to any third-party claims. Property ownership and copyright transfer to the buyer upon receipt of full payment. The images and descriptions on our site are provided for your reference; we encourage you to contact us with any questions for complete information before making a purchase.

 

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal data you provide during the order process (name, address, email, etc.) is treated as confidential and is used exclusively for the purpose of processing your order, arranging delivery, and communicating with you. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary to fulfill our service (e.g., providing an address to a shipping carrier) or as required by law.
