This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) describes how the website of ARTIDEA GALLERY Limited Liability Company collects, stores, uses, and transfers your information and what options a visitor to the website https://www.artideagallery.com has concerning such information.

  • Information about persons to whom personal data may be disclosed based on an agreement with ARTIDEA GALLERY LLC or by the legislation of Ukraine;

  • The name or surname, name, patronymic, and address of the person who processes personal data on behalf of ARTIDEA GALLERY LLC, if the processing has been or will be entrusted to such a person;

You have the right to receive such information an unlimited number of times. To do this, you must send a request to ARTIDEA GALLERY LLC by the procedure provided for in Section 14 of the Policy.

17.2. You have certain rights under applicable data protection laws in certain regions (e.g., the EEA and the United Kingdom). These include: (i) to request access to and a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure, (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information, and (iv) where applicable, to data portability. 18. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

18.1. By the requirements of the Law, ARTIDEA GALLERY LLC shall:

18.1.1. provide, upon your request, information about the processing of your data specified in clause 17.1. Policy, or a reasonable refusal;

18.1.2. take measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of the duties provided for by the Law;

18.1.3. at your request, clarify the processed personal data, block or delete them if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing;

18.1.4. ensure the lawfulness of the processing of personal data. If it is impossible to ensure the lawfulness of the processing of personal data, ARTIDEA GALLERY LLC shall, within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) business days from the date of detection of the unlawful processing of personal data, destroy it or ensure its destruction;

18.1.5. if you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, we shall stop processing them and destroy them within a period not exceeding thirty (30) business days from the date of receipt of your withdrawal. Exceptions are cases where processing may continue by the laws of Ukraine.


 

19. DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT REGARDING OUR USE OF FACEBOOK

 

19.1. To enable our users to interact with Facebook, we use components of the Facebook social network on the Website.

19.2. Whenever the data user visits one of the pages of the Website, his browser automatically downloads a graphical representation of the Facebook components from Facebook. At the same time, Facebook receives information about which pages of the Website are visited by the Data Subject. If the Data Subject is logged into a Facebook account, each time the Data Subject visits a page of the Website, Facebook will know which page of the Website the Data Subject has visited.

19.3 This information is collected by Facebook components and sent to Facebook via the Facebook user account of the data subject. If a user leaves a comment, Facebook associates this information with the personal Facebook account of the data subject and stores this personal data.

19.4. If the data user does not want such information to be transmitted to Facebook, he or she can prevent this transmission by logging out of his or her Facebook user account before visiting the Site.

20. DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT REGARDING THE USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS

 

20.1. On the Website, we use the Google Analytics component with IP address anonymization.

The Google Analytics and Google in general components are provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

Google is certified by the EU-US Privacy Shield and thus guarantees compliance with European data protection laws.

20.2. As part of the analysis of the use of the Website pages, the Google Analytics service stores cookies on the data user's computer. Whenever a data user visits a page of the Website that uses the Google Analytics service, the browser transmits data to Google for analysis purposes. Google thus receives personal data, such as the IP address of the data user, which Google uses, among other things, to track the origin of visitors and clicks.

20.3. Information generated by the cookie about the use of the website, such as:

  • The IP address and/or hostname of your computer;

  • your browser name, language, and version;

  • the operating system you are using;

  • URL of the referral source (previously visited page);

  • the date and time of your visit;

20.4. It is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA, where it is stored together with an anonymized IP address. The IP address sent by your browser as part of the Google Analytics service is not merged with other Google data. Google may disclose the personal data received to third parties.

20.5. You can delete cookies at any time in the settings of your browser; in addition, you can configure all widely used browsers so that cookies are not stored in them. By doing so, you express your disagreement with the use of cookies. 20.6.If you disable the storage of cookies, you may not be able to use all the functions of the site.

20.7. You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing the data generated by the cookie relating to your use of our website (including your IP address).

20.8. Refusing to use cookies prevents your data from being collected when you visit this website in the future. The refusal to use cookies is valid only for this browser and only for the Site once, and they are stored on your computer. If you delete cookies in this browser, you must set your cookie refusal again.

20.9. We also use Google Analytics to evaluate data from DoubleClick and AdWords cookies for statistical purposes. You can disable this function using the advertising preference manager.

21.3. Legal obligations. 21.4. Vital interests. We may process your information if we believe that it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, for example, in situations involving a potential threat to the safety of any person.

21.5. From a legal perspective, we are generally the "data controller" under European data protection laws concerning the personal information described in this privacy policy because we determine the ways and purposes of the data processing we perform. 

21.6 This privacy policy does not apply to personal information that we process as a "data processor" on behalf of our clients. In such situations, the client we provide services to and with whom we have entered into a data processing agreement is the "data controller" responsible for your personal information.
