Packing and delivery
Your artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Our trusted delivery partners provide convenient door-to-door service, bringing your artwork directly to your specified address.
The cost of packaging is included in the item's price.
We offer several delivery options:

JSC "Ukrposhta": The cost of delivery is included in the price of the object.

DHL Express, UPS Express, FedEx: Delivery costs will vary depending on the carrier, destination, and package size/weight.

Self-pickup: You can collect your order in person from our location in Poltava.
Once your order is shipped, we will notify you and provide a tracking number.
Please note that once the object is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk during transport is borne by the Buyer.
Any additional fees, such as customs duties or storage fees at the post office, are the buyer's responsibility.
Important Shipping Restrictions: Please be advised that ARTIDEA GALLERY cannot provide purchase services or ship to any individual or entity if their jurisdiction of residence or operation is in North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Russia, Cuba, Myanmar, Libya, or Syria.
Process of Placing and Canceling an Order
To Place an Order:

Find the artwork you love in Shop page.

Use the BUY tab

Fill Out the Order Form Enter your name, email, shipping address, and phone number. These details are required only to process your order and are securely protected.

Click Continue to review the total - free worldwide shipping is included.

We'll double-check your order and send you an official invoice with payment details.

Once the payment is received, we carefully pack your artwork and ship it to your door with full tracking.
To Cancel an Order:

You may cancel your order at any time before making the payment by simply notifying us by phone or email.

If you wish to cancel an order after payment but before it has been shipped, you may do so, but you will be responsible for any costs we have already incurred (such as packaging or administration fees).
Payment Procedure
Payment for the artwork is required in full (100%) to finalize your order. We will provide you with an official invoice.
You can pay using one of the following methods:

Bank transfer to the account details provided in your invoice.

Secure online payment via the Portmone service.

Google Pay / Apple Pay.
We offer flexible payment options and are happy to accept payments in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).
When you contact us to make a purchase, simply let us know your preferred currency in your email. We will send you an official invoice with the total amount reflected in your chosen currency.
Please be aware that any fees charged by your bank or payment system are your responsibility.
Terms of Exchange and Return
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your artwork to request a return or exchange if it does not match the description (e.g., shape, size, dimensions).
Please note: Objects made via a custom or individual order are not eligible for return or exchange.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:

The artwork must be in its original, unused condition (no scratches, chips, or other signs of use).

The original packaging, including all labels and markings, must be intact and undamaged.
To initiate a return, please contact us first. You will need to fill out a return application.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will issue a refund to your bank account within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned object.
If you receive an object with a significant defect, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover all costs related to the return and refund.
Confidentiality of Personal Data
We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you place an order, we collect the personal data needed to process your purchase and arrange delivery (e.g., your name, address, email, phone number).
Your information is treated as confidential and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not disclose your data to third parties, except where necessary to complete the transaction (such as providing your address to a shipping company) or as required by law. We take all necessary measures to ensure your data is stored securely.
