BIOGRAPHY

Roman Naiden's approach as an artist deviates from abstract simplification, instead embracing the expressive essence of the subject matter, allowing the existing being to guide his creative process. This approach lends itself to maintaining a clear structure, harmonizing the elements of chaos, and striving toward pictorial balance. With each brushstroke, Naiden seeks to capture the essence and emotion within his artwork, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in his vibrant and thought-provoking creations.
From 2005 to 2008, he studied at a fine arts studio, laying the foundation for his artistic journey. In 2009, driven by a strong desire to enhance his painting skills, he embarked on individual lessons with Leonid Zaborovsky, an esteemed artist honored in Ukraine. During this period, Roman found great fascination in plein-air painting, drawing inspiration primarily from the beauty of nature. The captivating landscapes became his muse, influencing his artistic expression and guiding his creative process. Became a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine, signifying a milestone in his artistic career. It was during this time that he began to explore new artistic horizons, experimenting with form and color. His artistic journey continues to evolve, offering a unique perspective on the world through his distinctive style and exploration of form and color.
